Here’s the building that I chose at the end. It fitted quite a few of my criteria, such as
It wasn’t too far away from Moscow and we could easily get there by car.
Quite a big part of it was missing so AR can show a lot.
There were 2 surviving archive photoes so the look of the building can be restored.
